Car Lease Consultant

Job Description
Primary focus would be to work in the Car Lease Division and assist the director and manager with communicating with foreign clients (by email and phone), car arrangement / delivery, estimation, invoicing, contract coordination, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Business level Japanese – Proficiency Test Level 2 or higher (CIR experience preferred)
- Business level English – TOEIC 860 or higher
- Japanese Drivers License (Manual preferred)
- Fluency in another foreign language advantageous
- Have an interest in cars or know about cars.
- Intermediate computer skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- At least 2 years experience in a Japanese working environment

- Understanding and assessing expat needs and requirements
- Coordinating all aspects of the relocation program in Japan
- Managing communication and reporting with global relocation and multi-nationalcompanies throughout the relocation process
- Establishing and building client relationships
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
